PLEASE NOTE that if a shuttle vehicle is necessary additional charges will apply.
Walkways and entrances to residences MUST be clear of snow and construction materials. If our drivers arrive and your entryway is not cleared your delivery will be cancelled and rescheduled and additional delivery charges will apply. We will not deliver to houses under construction unless a release of liability is signed.
You MUST inform our staff and drivers if a shuttle vehicle is necessary. You will need a shuttle vehicle if your road/driveway is unable to accommodate a 24-foot commercial truck. If our drivers arrive and a shuttle vehicle is needed but has not been specified, your delivery will be cancelled and rescheduled and additional delivery charges will apply.
Someone must be present to receive and inspect your furniture upon delivery. If this is not possible you must sign a release of liability. If our drivers show up at your home at their scheduled time and no one is present and a release has not been signed, your delivery will be cancelled and rescheduled and additional delivery charges will apply.
You are responsible for measuring your home to make sure your new furniture will fit. If you need help measuring your furniture and home please ask our staff for assistance. Furniture returned due to size problems will be for store credit only (please see return policy).
Once your order is placed a sales associate will contact you within 48 hours to go over your order with you and discuss ordering times and delivery details. |
