Custom or Special Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund, unless the manufacturer has begun production of the item(s).
After 48 hours, or if the manufacturer has started production of the order, CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE RETURNABLE.
Stock items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit as long as they are in like-new condition, have not been damaged, or misused. A 10% restocking fee will apply, and additional delivery charges will apply.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
